Description
Serving as the lead facilitator and stakeholder engagement advisor for a Department of Energy-funded Energy to Communities initiative focused on advancing equitable energy solutions in Nashville. Working across a diverse consortium that includes Nashville Electric Service, Mid-West Tennessee Clean Fuels, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Argonne National Laboratory, Metro Nashville Government, and the Urban League, facilitates collaboration among technical experts, public sector leaders, utility representatives, community organizations, and other key stakeholders.
Leads project-wide facilitation efforts to align priorities, strengthen communication, and support coordinated decision-making across partner organizations. Also facilitates a 30-member Community Advisory Group, creating a structured forum for community leaders to provide input, elevate local perspectives, and inform project planning and implementation. Through strategic facilitation and stakeholder engagement, helps bridge institutional and community perspectives to support successful project outcomes.
