Kamilah Sanders is an award-winning Strategic Advisor and CEO of Greater Than Equal. She specializes in helping leaders realize their vision for impact by advising for and facilitating large-scale projects that activate ecosystems that redefine the future of global collaboration connecting disparate networks and accelerating social innovation.

As a Global Ecosystem Strategist, Kamilah solves one of the hardest parts of complex initiatives: alignment. She specializes in the human dynamics of collaboration, helping stakeholders align across differences to maximize impact. As strategist and translator, she bridges gaps across NGOs, funders, governments, corporations, academia, technologists, scientists, and communities so initiatives move forward with clarity and momentum.

With 25+ years in marketing and executive leadership, she brings deep expertise in human behavior, communication, and systems ensuring initiatives do not just launch, but hold under pressure.
