Designed and facilitated a full-day strategic planning retreat for the Board of Directors of the Darrell S. Freeman Sr. Incubation and Innovation Center. Guided board members through a structured planning process to establish strategic priorities, strengthen board engagement, and build alignment around the organization's future direction.
Prior to the retreat, provided strategic advising to support leadership's assessment of organizational priorities, stakeholder considerations, and key messages, helping prepare the executive director to present a comprehensive state-of-the-organization review during the planning process.
Following the retreat, served as a strategic advisor for six months, supporting the development of the organization's strategic plan and advising on stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure meaningful participation from board members and other key stakeholders throughout the planning process. Helped translate retreat outcomes into an actionable strategic roadmap aligned with the organization's mission and long-term goals.
