Designed and facilitated a three-part leadership development and entrepreneurial learning series for creative entrepreneurs and small business owners. Through interactive Lunch & Learn workshops, guided participants in exploring the leadership, strategy, and operational capabilities needed to grow sustainable businesses.
Topics included business growth systems, strategic planning, organizational readiness, and access to capital, with an emphasis on helping entrepreneurs strengthen decision-making, navigate complexity, and build the foundations necessary for long-term success. Facilitated peer learning, discussion, and practical application exercises that enabled participants to learn from both subject matter experts and fellow business owners.
